How to choose a size
Start with what you need to cover, then add room for getting in and out.
- K1119, 11' x 20': about 220 sq. ft. of covered space for cars, pickups, tractors, mowers and other equipment. It is described as a freestanding shelter for residential, farm or commercial use.
- K2030, 20' x 30' x 14': about 600 sq. ft. for trucks, tractors, machinery, equipment or a workshop.
- K4020, 40' x 20' x 14': about 800 sq. ft. for trucks, trailers, boats, vehicles, machinery and long equipment. Its large open design gives convenient access and generous clearance.
Frame, roofing and sides
All three models use a 14-gauge square tube steel frame with 26-gauge steel. The K1119 has a vertical steel roof. The K4020 uses steel panels. The K2030 uses galvanized steel panels.
The main difference in layout is the K2030. It has enclosed sides and is open on both ends. Each end has a 17.8' W x 12' H opening, so equipment and vehicles can drive straight through. If you need a drive-through layout or a workshop-style space, compare that model first.
