1. Overview

Chupp Industrial Inc. ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through chuppindustrial.com and our brands, how we use it, and your choices — including for our SMS/text program and our phone calls, some of which are automated or AI-assisted.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact & order info: name, address, email, phone, company, and equipment interests.
  • Order & transaction info: items purchased, financing selections, delivery preferences. Payment card details are handled by our secure payment/financing partners and are not stored by us.
  • Communications: messages via forms, phone, email, or SMS, and our replies.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser/device, pages visited, via cookies and analytics.
  • Marketing & contact consent data: whether you opted in to SMS, email, and/or calls, with the timestamp, the method, and the exact wording you were shown (to demonstrate compliance).

3. How We Use Your Information

To process quotes, orders, financing applications, and freight; respond to inquiries, including by calling you about a quote you requested (see Section 5); send order and shipping updates; with your consent, send SMS/email marketing; improve our Site and products; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive texts from Chupp Industrial Inc. (on behalf of Chupp Industrial, Covermore Buildings, and/or The Lift Bros) about your order, quotes, financing, and delivery — and, if you separately opt in, promotions. You can opt in either on this Site or verbally on a phone call you place to us.

  • Consent is your express consent to receive automated and/or manual texts at the number provided; consent is not a condition of purchase. You may give that consent in writing, by submitting a form on this Site, or verbally during a phone call you place to us — for example, when the person or automated assistant answering your call offers to text you a service link, a quote, or order information and you agree on that call. Calls are recorded (see Section 5), and we keep a record of the date, time, and method of your consent.
  • We text a mobile number only after you have contacted us and opted in. We never text numbers obtained from purchased, rented, or imported lists.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will get a one-time confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or contact (918) 373-9707 / info@chuppindustrial.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing. It is used only by Chupp Industrial Inc. and its three brands to run our own texting program, and shared only with the SMS platform/carriers needed to deliver messages.

5. Phone Calls, Including Automated & AI-Assisted Calls

If you give us your phone number on a form that carries our calling notice — currently the freight-quote tool on a product page — we may call you about that request. Some of those calls are placed by an automated system and may use an artificial or AI-generated voice, which will identify itself as an automated assistant for Chupp Industrial Inc. and can connect you to a person on request. A form without that notice does not grant this consent.

  • Consent is your express written consent to receive calls at the number you provided, including calls placed by an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can always reach us at (918) 373-9707 instead.
  • What the calls are about: the quote, order, or inquiry you submitted, and related product, availability, freight, and financing information.
  • Calling hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone. We limit how many times we will try you about a single request.
  • Opting out takes effect immediately: tell the caller to stop calling or remove you, or call (918) 373-9707 or email info@chuppindustrial.com. We keep a do-not-call record so the request sticks across all three brands.
  • Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and recordkeeping where permitted by law.

6. Email Communications

If you opt in, we may send order updates, financing info, and marketing from our three brands. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your email address.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to understand Site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may limit functionality.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers (payment processors, financing partners, freight carriers, SMS/email platforms, calling/voice-AI platforms, hosting/analytics), financing partners you apply with, for legal/safety purposes, or in a business transfer. Mobile opt-in consent and SMS data are never shared with third parties for their own marketing, and are never sold.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your Choices

Reply STOP to opt out of texts; say "stop calling" or "remove me" on any call, or call/email us, to opt out of calls; use "unsubscribe" in emails; or contact us to access, correct, or delete your information (subject to legal recordkeeping).

11. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date reflects the latest revision. Material SMS-program changes will be posted here.
