Return Policy

Every sale is different — a skid steer attachment, a 50-foot fabric building, and a used scissor lift don't return the same way. Rather than bury you in fine print, we handle returns person to person: call (918) 359-1089 within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

• Damaged or wrong item? Note it on the freight bill if you can, send us photos, and we'll replace it or refund you — our cost.
• Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can usually come back within 30 days; return freight and any restocking fee are quoted up front before you ship anything.
• Used lifts are sold as inspected and described — we walk every unit with you before it ships, and honor what we said about it.
