The VORX Industrial NL-SZJ820 Mobile Rotary Trommel Screening Machine is designed for separating and grading bulk materials such as soil, sand, compost, and organic fertilizer. Its rotating cylindrical screening drum separates materials by size, allowing smaller particles to pass through the screen while larger materials continue through the drum. This makes it a practical solution for topsoil preparation, agricultural material processing, landscaping, and general material sorting applications.
Equipped with a motor-driven rotating drum and hopper vibrator, the NL-SZJ820 helps maintain material movement throughout the screening process. An onboard variable frequency drive (VFD) provides adjustable drum speed, while the control panel includes drum on/off controls, hopper vibrator controls, and a lockable main electrical disconnect. These features allow operators to adjust the screening process for different material conditions.
Measuring approximately 87" L × 59" W × 58" H and weighing 1,896 lbs, the NL-SZJ820 offers a compact screening solution for material processing operations. The machine operates on 380–415V, three-phase, 50Hz electrical power through an IEC 60309 industrial inlet connection.
