Uni-Bilt questions

How wide can a Uni-Bilt building be?

20, 24 or 30 feet wide. Wider than 30 feet moves you to Skylight's Sky-Namic truss buildings.

What does a Uni-Bilt sit on?

Usually a wood pony wall — treated posts set in Sackcrete with rebar through the post, 2x stringers and tin — or a steel sidewall. Tell us what you have and we'll quote the foundation with the building.

What does it cost?

Every Skylight building is quoted for your site — width, length, doors, ends, foundation and freight all change the price. Send the form on this page or call us for a quote.

What is the cover, and what's the warranty?

Made in the USA from 12.5 oz, 23 mil polyethylene fabric with heat-sealed seams, in 10 colors. The fabric carries a 15-year prorated manufacturer's warranty; the written terms are available on request.

Do I need an engineered seal?

If your permit or insurance needs one, Skylight can provide a site-specific engineered seal for your building and location. Ask for it with your quote.
