This model uses a magnetic-dampened compensator and a rugged metal housing. It mounts to standard 5/8"-11 survey tripods and includes horizontal adjustment controls and a built-in leveling vial. SECO lists this model as accurate to approximately 1/16" per 100 ft under good conditions .
