Lang Platinum Series Double Stack Commercial Gas Convection Oven

Heavy-duty commercial double-stack convection oven featuring two independently controlled oven cavities. Each section includes digital programmable controls, double viewing doors, interior lighting, convection fan system, multiple rack positions, and stainless-steel construction.

The upper oven was powered on and observed heating toward 275°F during testing. Interior lights are also shown operating. Additional functions have not been fully tested unless specifically stated.
