This adapter bolts the two halves of your fleet together: it takes a standard skid steer quick-attach plate and gives you a Category 1 three-point hitch on the back of it. Every 3-point implement you already own -- box blade, tiller, mower, scraper, post hole digger -- becomes usable on the skid steer without buying a second version of each tool.
